Shipping Policy

At Velny Endurance, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and product availability but typically range from 7–15 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment is completed.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Velny Endurance, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags.

We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item at no additional cost.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at velnyendurance@gmail.com and include photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund where appropriate.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method as quickly as possible.
